Shipping And Returns

All items are eligible for free shipping(3 to 5 days) for UK mainland deliveries.
Expedited shipping options (next day and 1 business day delivery) are also available at a small charge for UK mainland deliveries. We will dispatch the product within one working day of placing the order. On the rare occasion there is any delay in getting your order to you, we will make sure you are kept informed.

You may return any rug purchased from us in return for a full refund of the original purchase price, so long as you inform us within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. You are responsible for arranging the return and the return costs. Provided the rug is returned unused in the same condition as it was sent, we will issue you with a full refund on your purchase. If a rug is returned to us used, dirty or damaged no refund will be issued.
Please email to email@example.com to get a Return Reference number and the address to return the item. Items returned without a Return Reference number will not be accepted. You can also return the rug to our store in person.
Once the rug is returned as above we will refund the debit, credit card or Paypal account used for the original purchase, we will process all refunds within 24 hours. The time taken for a card refund to be credited to your account will depend on your bank or credit card issuer.
During the photography process we make every effort to accurately reproduce the appearance of each rug we sell. However, circumstances outside of our control such as computer monitor settings can sometimes affect how colours are displayed on your screen. Colours are subjective and the interpretation of colours can vary from person to person. If you are unsatisfied with the colour of a rug you receive for any reason you may return it for a full refund under our normal 30 day returns policy. We are unable to accept responsibility or cover the return carriage costs should there be a variation in colour within our images or descriptions.
